    All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing or by scheduled appointment.

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details, including vehicle size, condition, and location.

  3. 3. Pricing changes

    Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition, service scope, or additional requests on-site.

  4. 4. Cancellations

    Cancellations and rescheduling should be communicated as far in advance as possible.

  5. 5. Pre-existing damage

    Henry's Quality Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues.

  6. 6. Approval for extras

    Customer approval is required before any additional work outside the agreed scope is performed.
