4. Cancellations
Cancellations and rescheduling should be communicated as far in advance as possible.
5. Pre-existing damage
Henry's Quality Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues.
6. Approval for extras
Customer approval is required before any additional work outside the agreed scope is performed.
